Finishing School Program

Overview

Finishing school is a unique and specialised program for attackers and goal keepers of all abilities.

The program is delivered in two different formats of either a pre-season camp styled program over 3 days during school holidays, or secondly, as a pre-season and early regular season six session format delivered after school hours.

Program Outline

The Finishing School program will concentrate and focus on preparing players to create and score more goals. The sessions will focus on some of the following skills;

• Body position
• Touch
• Running style and timing of the run
• One on one situations (for attackers and GK’s)
• Work with both feet
• Striking technique
• Crossing techniques
• Heading
• Dribbling at pace
• Poaching skills inside the box
